Even if you consent initially, it is not a defense for the harasser because of the implied threat.
• Hostile work environment: Unwelcome and uninvited comments, gestures, touching or propositions, or sexually oriented objects or written materials in the workplace can cause severe emotional stress and affect the victim’s job performance and personal life.
