Ms. Green is an associate attorney with the Elwyn F. Schaefer, P.C. law firm. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Denver in 1999 with a double major in Political Science and Anthropology. In 2002, Ms. Green received her law degree from the University of Denver, College of Law.
Ms. Green began her career as a Deputy District Attorney in the 21st Judicial District of Colorado prosecuting individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony crimes. In 2006, Ms. Green left the DA's office and began to focus on civil law and criminal defense. She has been practicing law for approximately nine years. Ms. Green currently devotes approximately 80% of her practice to the representation of employees in labor and employment law disputes in the private sector.
Ms. Green is currently admitted to practice law in Colorado as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. She is also a member of the Plaintiffs' Employment Lawyer's Association.
